It was an interesting weekend in the Premier League, with plenty to play for at both ends of the table as we head towards the seasonās climax.
Frank Lampard was able to breathe a sigh of relief on Saturday as his Chelsea side finally ended their winless run with a victory away at Bournemouth.
And speaking afterwards, the caretaker manager joked he would be cracking the celebratory beers open on the coach back to London.
Thereās nothing like the sweet, intoxicating taste of passing the 40 point mark.
Manchester City are top of the league after a brace from captain İlkay GündoÄan gave them a 2-1 victory over Leeds on Saturday.
But GündoÄan (and regular penalty taker Erling Haaland) still managed to annoy Pep Guardiola by missing a penalty that would have made it 3-0, and subsequently allowing the visitors back into the game.
That would have been the German midfielderās first ever hat-trick. We suspect it could be a while before he takes another penalty in a City shirt.
Wolves emerged victorious from their Midlands derby with Aston Villa on Saturday courtesy of a bullet header from wing-back Toti Gomes.
His namesake Francesco would have been pleased with that one.
On the weekend that Prince Charles officially became King Charles, Harry Kaneās winning goal for Tottenham against Crystal Palace saw him overtake Wayne Rooney and move up to second on the list of the Premier Leagueās all-time greatest goalscorers.
The England captain now needs 52 more to dethrone Alan Shearer and become the outright top scorer in the competition.
Another king was doing his thing elsewhere this weekend, as Liverpoolās Mohamed Salah netted his 100th Anfield goal in the Reds victory over Brentford.
The Egyptian has now hit 30 goals in all competitions this season and Jürgen Kloppās side have win six Premier League matches in a row, giving them an outside chance of a top four finish.
Donāt write them off.
Another team who should not be written off prematurely this season is Arsenal, who pulled off a brilliant victory over Newcastle on Sunday to keep the title race alive.
And goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale revealed afterwards that manager Mikel Arteta had motivated his players by showing them clips from last seasonās All or Nothing documentary.
The Gunners have now passed the 80 point mark for the first time in a season since 2007/08. This title race isnāt over yet.
Manchester Unitedās Champions League qualification was thrown into serious doubt on Sunday night when they lost 1-0 away at West Ham, with goalkeeper David de Gea at fault for the goal.
De Gea has more clean sheets to his name than any other Premier League goalkeeper this season, but this stat is one he wonāt be proud of.
That win for West Ham has given them some much needed breathing space between them and the relegation zone. Hereās a reminder that Hammers midfielder Declan Rice is one of the good guys.
Weāre not crying, YOUāRE crying.
