This was billed as a blockbuster weekend in the Premier League and it duly delivered.
Here are our Premier League Awards for matchday nine.
JĂŒrgen Klopp called Mohamed Salah âthe best in the worldâ before Liverpoolâs game with Manchester United on Sunday.
It was confirmed on the full-time whistle.
Sir Alex Ferguson was in the crowd for Manchester Unitedâs shocking defeat to Liverpool over the weekend.
And his face pretty much said it all.
Oleâs been at the wheel for nearly three years now but for how much longer?
Manchester Unitedâs 5-0 defeat to Liverpool at Old Trafford was their worst for over 60 years.
Josh King spent six months at Everton without scoring a goal.
The Norway international returned this weekend with Watford and scored the most unlikely of hat-tricks. And we think he was pleased about it.
Do you remember when people were questioning Pep Guardiolaâs judgement on Phil Foden and his development?
Yeah, about that âŠ
Sweet dreams. đ€Â âÂ
Chelsea blew basement-dwellers Norwich away on Saturday lunchtime as they netted seven for the first time under Thomas Tuchel.
Mason Mount was the hero of the day though as he scored his first professional hat-trick and showed why heâs up for the Golden Boy award next month.
đ€Ż Wow. @CallumWilson âÂ
Since the takeover Newcastle have been linked with every player in Europe.
One man who they would do well to keep though is Callum Wilson, who scored a brilliant overhead kick at Crystal Palace to claim a point.
Christian Benteke has become a bit of a punchline of late after some disappointing seasons in front of goal.
But the Belgium international was brilliant on Saturday as he netted Crystal Palaceâs sole strike and took his heading tally to 33 in nine years. Amazing.
Leeds werenât at their best against Wolves on Saturday but arguably the biggest roar of the weekend came on 93 minutes at Elland Road.
Joe Gelhardtâs brilliant run ended in a penalty from the home side that Rodrigo duly dispatched to save a point.
Maxwell Cornetâs move from Lyon to Burnley was one of the most surprising of the summer with many an eyebrow being cocked at his unlikely switch.
But the 25-year-old has been a sensation so far, netting two against Southampton in a spirited 2-2 draw and Sean Dyche proclaiming him the âdifference makerâ afterwards.
Watfordâs hire âem, fire âem approach to coaches has earned plenty of detractors but if keeps them in the Premier League, who are we to criticise?
Letâs hope new boss Claudio Ranieri can end this amazing statistic though.
