It was another very eventful weekend in what is proving to be a hugely interesting Premier League season.
Itâs time to hand out our weekly awards âŚ
Arsenalâs signing of Willian felt like a shrewd bit of business in the summer, even if they were paying an outrageous salary to a player the wrong side of 30.
But to say the Brazilianâs Gunners career has been underwhelming would be an understatement, and he was disappointing again in Saturdayâs defeat at Aston Villa.
874 âÂ
Make that 17 Premier League appearances for the club, and 0 goals. Stealing a living.
Remember that bit in The Simpsons when Sideshow Bob kept stepping on all the rakes?
We couldnât help bit think of it when we saw Jan Bednarekâs week go from bad to worse at St Jamesâ Park on Saturday.
Sean Dyche will have loved this âŚ
This one goes to *drum roll* Mike Dean!
Say what you like about Deano, but Fulham vs West Ham was a dull, forgettable affair until he injected some much needed life into proceedings with that ridiculous red card in the dying minutes.
Never a dull moment.
Weâre sure Everton enjoyed their injury time equaliser at Old Trafford very much, but this was a bit rude âŚ
Funny though.
This one goes to the club that popularised the phrase âFergie Timeâ âŚ
Gone off dramatic late goals now have you Ole?
Find someone who appreciates you like Pierre-Emile Højbjerg appreciated Erik Lamelaâs performance in Tottenhamâs win over West Brom on Sunday.
Højbjerg is not only a top midfielder but the leader of the Spurs ultras too. Great to see.
Sam Allardyce has never been relegated from the Premier League as a manager. He could have just stayed at home and kept that record intact forever.
Instead, he decided to take the West Brom job, and it looks like heâs bitten off more than he can chew.
If youâre going to go down, you might as well make some history along the way eh?
We at OneFootball love few things better than a good pun.
But we canât compete with his top tier punning Sky Sports viewers were treated to after Manchester Cityâs win at Anfield on Sunday.
Itâs time to pack up and go home. Weâll never beat that.
Speaking of City, they waited 18 years to win a football match at Anfield, so the least they deserve is a chance to crow.
And this was excellent work from the official club account âŚ
A tweet worthy of the teamâs performance.
Younger readers might not know who Jamie Pollock is. Type his name into YouTube along with the phrase âown goalâ and give yourself a nice treat today.
We can only assume Antonio RĂźdiger did just that before Chelsea took on Sheffield United on Sunday night, because his OG would have made Pollock beam with pride.
The German defender owes Jorginho a drink for sparing his blushes from the penalty spot.
