It was an afternoon full of drama at San Siro on Sunday as AC Milan came from behind to win 3-2, scoring twice in added time at the end of the 90.
Parma twice led during the game through Matteo Cancellieri and Enrico Del Prato who scored either side of Christian Pulisic’s equaliser from the spot. With the jeers raining down, it looked like being another dismal league result and a league double for the Gialloblu.
However, in the six minutes of added time, something magical happened. Tijjani Reijnders latched onto a Yunus Musah through ball to level the scores, then less than three minutes later Samuel Chukwueze bundled in a late winner off the bench.
Calabria: “Always and in any way forward together.”
Gabbia: “Three important points. We move forward, united as a family. Forza Milan.”
Bartesaghi: “+3 crucial points. Great mentality and team spirit that led us to victory.”
Bennacer: “Victory at the last gap. Your support makes the difference.”
