AC Milan got all three points from their trip to Tuscany by beating Empoli 2-0 at the Stadio Carlo Castellani on Saturday evening.

It was an action-packed second 45 minutes after a goalless first half, starting with Fikayo Tomori (two yellows) and Marianucci (a kick-out at Santiago Gimenez) receiving red cards in relatively quick succession.

Rafael Leao gave Milan the lead with a header at the far post after Christian Pulisic’s deep cross, then Pulisic teed up Gimenez for his first goal since arriving, a lovely curling shot on his left foot to make it 2-0, which it remained. Below are the reactions on social media.
