Liverpool centre-back Virgil van Dijk has missed the majority of the 2020-21 campaign because of a knee injury.
Van Dijk has only made eight appearances for Liverpool this season.

However, the Dutchman appears to be recovering well. An image of Van Dijk changing direction between obstacles has emerged on social media.
The fact that Van Dijk’s knee now allows him to change direction when he is running does suggest that he is making very good progress in terms of recovery.
