Photo: UNFP Omits Pochettino from the Ligue 1 Manager of the Year Shortlist

Even as Mauricio Pochettino guided Paris Saint-Germain to a Ligue 1 title this season, he will not go on to win this season’s coveted UNFP Ligue 1 Manager of the Year honor.

The UNFP unveiled the five managers shortlisted for this year’s manager of the year award, which include Christophe Galtier (OGC Nice), Bruno Genesio (Rennes), Antoine Kombouare (Nantes), Julien Stephan (Strasbourg), and Jorge Sampaoli (Olympique de Marseille).
