Photo: Paul Pogba among “winners” on his return to Manchester United training

Paul Pogba was pictured back training with his Manchester United team-mates on Monday.

Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo tweeted an image of himself and his “winners” after a match in training, with Pogba amongst them.

Phil Jones, Luke Shaw, Marcus Rashford, Donny van de Beek and Tom Heaton were also part of the winning side.

It’s positive news for Ralf Rangnick that Pogba is nearing a return from injury. The German coach has tried different combinations in midfield since getting the job but nothing has worked.

Hopefully the Frenchman can have a good second half to the season because it may be his final months as a United player, with a free transfer looking likely this summer when his contract expires.
