Marcus Rashford has shared an adorable letter from a seven-year-old fan who wants to build on the work the Manchester United forward has been spearheading since the pandemic began.

The Manchester United forward has been leading a campaign to feed the UK’s hungry children, setting up an initiative at the start of the month.

Rashford is not afraid to take on politicians such as London mayor Sadiq Khan when it comes to these matters on social media (via Mirror), and not long ago he was on the front cover of Vogue for all his hard work on generosity.

He received the following letter from a young fan and shared it on social media.

“[sic] Dear Marcus,

“I love all the word you’ve done, some amazing things to help families who need it.

“You have inspired me because you’re go thoughtful and helped children through the hardest times of their live.

“You make me want to help others and be a better person. Because of you, we will donate more food to food banks and our toys and clothes to charity to help other families near us too.

“Your football skills also inspire me to practice my football more to be a better player.”

Before signing off the letter, young Jack asks Rashford to sign for Tottenham Hotspur, adding: “Can you please join Spurs?”

The United forward replied: “Dear Jack, thank you for your lovely letter. Really made me smile tonight.

“Keep being kind. That’s what makes the world go round. MR.”

This comes after 22-year-old clashed with Tory MR Kevin Hollinrake, who said it was the responsibility of the parents to feed their children, not the Government.
