Inter Milan captain Lautaro Martinez has now officially scored a hundred goals in Serie A.

The 26-year-old found the back of the net twice against Lecce yesterday. These were goals number 100 and 101 for the former Racing Club striker.

Martinez has already gotten on the scoresheet 22 times in Serie A this season.

The Argentine is well on track to become the Nerazzurri’s top scorer for the third season in a row. And he is the clear front-runner to end the season as Serie A’s most prolific marksman.

Martinez has yet to do so, and this would certainly be a big accomplishment for him.

Inter captain Lautaro Martinez celebrated the win over Lecce on Instagram.

He wrote, “Another important away win! We have to keep going like this on our journey to our goals!”
