The Reds secured a 3-0 victory over the Canaries to progress to the fourth round of the League Cup.

During the match, Liverpool centre-back Nat Phillips and Norwich City defender Ozan Kabak caught up on the touchline.

Both players were named on the bench for their respective teams. Phillips and Kabak played alongside each other for Liverpool’s first-team last season.

Kabak originally joined the Reds from Schalke on a six-month loan deal back in January. However, Liverpool decided not to sign the 21-year-old on a permanent basis during the 2021 summer transfer window.

Kabak ended up signing for Norwich City on a season-long loan. The image below was provided by journalist Neil Jones.
