AC Milan bounced back in dramatic fashion as they scored two goals in stoppage time against Empoli last night. Rafael Leao was behind all three goals and it was the confidence boost the Rossoneri needed ahead of Chelsea away.
Despite sustaining three more injuries during the game, Milan continued to work hard and it paid off in the end. Fode Ballo-Toure, of all people, scored the crucial 2-1 goal and before that, Ante Rebic made an impact off the bench with a goal.
Leao, as said, was the big man of the game as he was behind the first two goals and got the third himself. In the photo below, he’s highlighted as the key player and you can see the average position of each starting Milan player.
