Penarol coach Mauricio Larriera admits he's seeking talks with Edinson Cavani.

Off contract from Manchester United this summer, Cavani is yet to make a decision on his next move.

After seeing Luis Suarez sign for Nacional, Penarol are targeting Cavani and fellow veteran Martin Caceres.

Larriera confirmed: "I want to talk to them to convince them to come here, the call could come in the next few hours."

Both players are now in Uruguay doing work at the Federation's training centre.
