Juventus star Kenan Yildiz took an opportunity to introduce himself to the wider football community with a stunning performance in Wednesday evening’s 2-0 victory against Manchester City, which left former Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes asking: ‘Who the f*** is this Yildiz?’
Juventus put two past City in a defiant performance at the Allianz Stadium on Wednesday night. Dusan Vlahovic and Weston McKennie were both on target for Thiago Motta’s side.
There were several impressive Bianconeri performances on the night, though, including from centre-back Federico Gatti and goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio, but Yildiz’s creativity and willingness to shoot from distance left an impression on some of the English pundits.

Yildiz’s performance clearly impressed Paul Scholes, who took to Instagram to write: ‘Who the f*** is this Yildiz?’ along with a couple of clapping emojis in a story on Wednesday night.
The Türkiye international has been part of the Juve first-team squad since 2023, and at the age of 19, has already racked up over 50 competitive appearances for the Old Lady.
Formerly on Bayern Munich’s books, Yildiz is currently enjoying his first season of Champions League football, and has stated in all six of Juve’s European matches this campaign, scoring once and providing one assist in the process.
