Paul Pogba and David De Gea have both been ruled out of Manchester United’s game against Liverpool this weekend.
The pair have been recovering from injury – Pogba’s picked up before the international break, while De Gea limped out of Spain’s draw with Sweden on Tuesday.
And now it’s been confirmed by United that both men will be unavailable for the match at Old Trafford on Sunday.
Pogba is still suffering the effects of an ankle injury, De Gea on the other hand has a groin strain.
It means that Sergio Romero will likely make his first Premier League appearance of the campaign, with Scott McTominay and Nemanja Matić to keep their place in midfield.
