Paul Aguilar was available as a free agent in the winter market after not renewing with América, even though he received offers from Liga MX clubs Mazatlán FC, Puebla, and León.

None of the salary offers convinced the player, resulting in the 34-year-old considering retirement.

Aguilar, however, is awaiting offers from clubs in Major League Soccer and while he’s waiting for a club, he’s been starting a new side business of his own!

While he waits for his agent to link him up with an MLS side, where the transfer window remains open from 6 March until 25 June, Aguilar has been focusing on restoring American cars and selling them at a profit.

Aguilar has been seen in junkyards in border towns, including Ciudad Juárez, so it appears that he’s already figured out his next move should he decide to hang up his boots.
