According to De Telegraaf, Patrick Kluivert, 46, is set to become the head coach of Turkish Süper Lig side Adana Demirspor. The former Ajax, Barcelona and Netherlands national team icon previously coached at Jong FC Twente as well as the Curaçao and Cameroon national teams. Now it’s reported that he’s on his way to Turkey for a new managerial adventure.

Adana Demirspor finished fourth in the Turkish Süper Lig last season. The club is currently the home of former Premier League players Benjamin Stambouli, Gokhan Inler and Badou Ndiaye. Former AZ Alkmaar player Jonas Svensson also plays for Adana Demirspor. De Telegraaf have compared Adana Demirspor to the AZ or FC Twente of Turkey, as they’ll be playing in the Europa Conference League preliminary round.
