LAST TIME OUT

City closed our pre-season tour of Australia with a narrow 1-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain in the Perth International Cup final.

After being thwarted by the French outfit’s goalkeeper Katarzyna Kiedrzynek who made a string of outstanding saves, PSG snatched victory late in the game when Jennifer Echegini fired in a late strike from the spot after Kerstin Casparij’s challenge on Tara Elimibi-Gilbert.

City have since played in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Liverpool, with goals from Lauren Hemp and Jess Park seeing us win 2-1 on Merseyside.

PREVIOUS MEETING

The Women’s Champions League Round Two qualifying first leg will represent the first meeting between the sides.

Paris FC have played three matches against English teams, however, winning one and losing two.
