Paris FC are set to extend the contracts of striker Julien Lopez (33) and central defender Timothée Kolodziejczak (33), according to L’Equipe. Both players will sign one-year deals, with their previous contracts having expired in June 2025.

Whilst contract negotiations have taken time to prove fruitful, L’Equipe reports that Paris FC head coach Stéphane Gilli made clear his desire for the players to stay at the club.

Lopez joined Paris FC in July 2017 from Athletico Marseille. Since then, he has made 254 appearances for the club and scored 31 goals.

Kolodziejczak arrived in Paris in September 2023 from Bundesliga side Schalke 04. He brought with him significant Ligue 1 experience, having previously played for OGC Nice and AS Saint-Étienne.

Paris FC are preparing for their return to the French top-flight after a 46 year absence. They secured automatic promotion last season courtesy of a second-place finish in Ligue 2.
