Over a thousand Fiorentina fans are expected to be in attendance for La Viola’s Serie A match against Inter at the San Siro on Saturday evening.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the Tuscan club’s supporters will be out in full force, with the San Siro potentially sold out by both home and away fans.

Inter’s first match back from the international break will be against Fiorentina, and both teams will be aiming to get the final run-in of their season kicked off on the right note after struggles for consistency over the season so far.

Over a thousand Fiorentina supporters are set to make the trip from Tuscany to cheer their team on amidst a packed San Siro.

The Corriere also notes that over 2500 fans of La Viola will be back in Tuscany on Wednesday for the first leg of their team’s Coppa Italia semifinal first leg against Cremonese.
