There are not many changes expected in the FC Barcelona squad during the upcoming winter transfer window. The first task on the Catalan club’s agenda will be the registrations of Dani Olmo and Pau Victor.

No new arrivals are expected, as the Blaugranes still do not have a lot of salary space to incorporate new players. However, there are still some players who can end up leaving the club in January.

One such player is the midfielder Pablo Torre, who is not getting a lot of minutes under Hansi Flick despite shining whenever given the chance.

Similarly, another player who can leave Barcelona in the upcoming transfer windows is the forward Ansu Fati, who is once again struggling with injuries this season after having returned to the Blaugrana club from a loan in the Premier League last summer.

The Spaniard is currently out with another injury, but he was not getting a lot of minutes even when he was fit and available earlier in the season. Barcelona are reportedly open to allowing him to leave, but a final decision in this regard will be taken by the player himself.

Sevilla has been one of the sides interested in him, but according to Fichajes, the Barcelona youngster could be close to leaving for one of the several Saudi clubs that have shown an interest in him.

Saudi clubs have renewed their efforts to bring some of the best-known footballers to their country recently, and signing Ansu Fati would be a significant achievement for them, as, despite his injuries, the youngster remains a well-known player due to his spectacular ride with Barcelona.

A potential move to Saudi Arabia could offer Fati an environment with less pressure and media scrutiny compared to Europe, providing him with a valuable opportunity to secure regular game time and rediscover his best form.

This decision could be pivotal for the La Masia graduate, but how the situation unfolds in the coming weeks remains to be seen.
