Paris Saint Germain winger Ousmane Dembele's positioned himself as strong contender for the 2025 Ballon d’Or citing his remarkable season with the French club.

Dembele Confident About His Candidacy

In interview with FourFourTwo, Dembele said:

"After season like this with 4 trophy, goals and assists it’s natural to see myself among the candidates for this award"

On the Prestige of the Award

The PSG star added:

"No individual accolade's more important for footballer. The Ballon d’Or's prestigious, sacred and exceptional when we consider all the legends who've won it"

Dembele revealed that fans were chanting his name during celebrations but he emphasized the team’s focus:
