Dino Toppmöller, Kevin Trapp and Farès Chaibi react to Thursday’s deserved 1-0 win in Helsinki.

Head coach Dino Toppmöller: “We got off to a really good start and had a few good attacks. On the whole, maybe we should have had one or two more. At the end of the day we’ve won our third away game in a row without conceding – despite the long journey and two injuries in defence. The boys did a good job.”

Kevin Trapp: “A 1-0 lead is always dangerous. Unfortunately we weren’t able to press home our advantage in the second half, but it was important to win the game and we managed to do that. Farès Chaibi had a great game and worked very hard in attack and defence. He also scored a wonderful goal. We’re now battling with PAOK for first place and our fate rests in our own hands. Our main goal is still to win the group.”

Farès Chaibi: “I was confident of striking the ball the way I did. The fact it went in makes it even sweeter. We gave our all and the result speaks for itself. Things have been going well in recent weeks. I’ve set up goals and scored them myself, but I’m even happier that we’ve been successful as a team. There’s more to come from me – I’m capable of doing better. If we continue to pull in the same direction, we’ll continue to be successful.”
