The 2008 Champions League final between Manchester United and Chelsea was not short on drama.
The two English giants were led by two iconic managers of their time, Sir Alex Ferguson and José Mourinho, as their teams went toe-to-toe in an enthralling contest in Moscow.
United landed the first blow through Cristiano Ronaldo's header and Blues legend Frank Lampard poked in the equaliser before half time inside a rain-soakedĀ Luzhniki Stadium.
Chelsea proceeded to hit the post twice and Didier Drogba was sent off in extra time as the game eventually ended 1-1, leading to a pulsating Champions League penalty shootout.
Will we see another dramatic conclusion as United face off against Tottenham in Wednesday's Europa League final?
