Napoli increased their lead at the top of the Serie A table to 21 points when they comprehensively overcame Torino on Sunday.

It took the league leaders just nine minutes to open the scoring, with Victor Osimhen rising to head home from a corner for his 20th goal of the season.

Later in the first half it was 2-0, when Khvicha Kvaratskhelia was brought down for a penalty. The Georgian maestro picked himself up, dusted himself off and converted from the spot.

The third goal came six minutes into the second half, and Osimhen was again the scorer, this time with an acrobatic header to convert Mathías Olivera’s cross.

And they weren’t done there, with Tanguy Ndombele nutmegging the goalkeeper to make it 4-0 just moments after coming on as a substitute.

The Neopolitans will now wait to see if their 21-point lead remains intact when Inter take on Juventus in the Derby d’Italia later on Sunday.
