Osasuna ‘on the verge’ of deal for Bayern Munich star | OneFootball

La Liga outfit Osasuna are close to sewing up an agreement for an out-of-favour member of the attacking ranks at German heavyweights Bayern Munich.

That’s according to transfer insider Florian Plettenberg, who points towards Bryan Zaragoza as the player in question.

Following nothing short of a nightmare half-season in Bavaria after his arrival from Granada this past January, wide-man Zaragoza has been hotly tipped to take his talents back to La Liga for some time now.

A whole host of clubs from across the Spanish football landscape have been named as expressing an interest in his services, with the 22-year-old, despite his struggles in the Bundesliga, still held in high regard in his home country.

And, as alluded to above, late this week, one such club have all been wrapped up a deal for Zaragoza.

As per a report from Florian Plettenberg of Sky Germany:

‘Bryan Zaragoza, now on the verge of joining CA Osasuna! Total agreement with FC Bayern has been reached as revealed today.’

The move will come in the form of a season-long loan, without an option to buy.

Osasuna are expected to fork out a sum in the region of half a million euro for the transfer, as well as covering a ‘very high percentage’ of Zaragoza’s wages.
