Stefan Ortega's stunning fingertip save against Aston Villa has been nominated for the Premier League Save of the Month award for December.
The German goalkeeper kept out Pau Torres' effort inside two minutes at Villa Park in a game the Blues would ultimately lose 2-1.

Ortega Moreno has also been nominated for the Etihad Player of the Month award along with team-mates Nathan Ake and Savinho.
Also up for the December Save of the Month are Robert Sanchez of Chelsea, Christian Walton of Ipswich Town, Emilio Martinez of Aston Villa, Matz Sels of Nottingham Forest and David Raya of Arsenal.
The vote is open now and closes at 11am (UK) on Monday, 6 January.
