Divock Origi will wear #27, which had been vacated by Daniel Maldini.

Origi joined the Club at the start of the money on a free transfer after finishing his Liverpool contract, but until today his jersey number was unknown.

With Daniel Maldini out of the team and off to Spezia on loan until the end of the season, the club today confirmed that Origi will be wearing the #27 jersey, previously worn by Dani.

The reveal was made during a Meet & Greet Origi had today at Casa Milan with the Diavolo fans. Divock, who is currently recovering from an injury and is yet to play in pre-season, was at the official Milan store to take pictures with the tifosi and sign autographs, as can be seen in the video above.

Origi wore the #27 shirt at Liverpool, where he scored 41 goals in 176 appearances in all competitions.
