Organisational structure of the 2024/25 Juventus sports area

As revealed this afternoon, Thursday 18 July, by Chief Executive Officer Maurizio Scanavino during the press conference for the presentation of Coach Thiago Motta, this is the new organisational structure of the Juventus sports area for the 2024/2025 season.

The men's side will report to Cristiano Giuntoli, Managing Director Football, and working with him will be:

Giuseppe Pompilio, as Chief of Staff Football. For Pompilio, this will be his first season at Juventus, with almost twenty years of experience as a manager.
Stefano Stefanelli as Scouting Director. Stefanelli arrived at Juventus after his last one-year experience at Pisa.
Claudio Chiellini, fresh from his contract extension, as Head of Next Gen Area, to continue, together with new coach Paolo Montero, the development process of the project.
Massimiliano Scaglia who, also for this season, will follow the Bianconeri Primavera team as Head of U20.
Michele Sbravati, who joined Juventus this year after 21 years at Genoa in the role of manager, the last 18 of which as Head of the Red and Blue Youth Sector, will cover the role of Youth Football Director.
Gianluca Pessotto, in the role of Football Teams Staff Coordination Manager.

The women's side, on the other hand, will report to Stefano Braghin, Women's Football Director, and will be able to count on:

Massimiliano Mazzetta, as Deputy Women's Football Director.
Carola Coppo, who in the role of Head of Women Academy will continue to closely follow the growth and development of the Women's Youth Sector.
