Nice maintained their place in Ligue 1's top four this weekend thanks to the heroics of goalkeeper Marcin Bulka.

The Polish shot-stopper saved an injury-time penalty against bottom club Clermont to earn his side a hard-fought 0-0 draw.

RB: Jules Koundé (Barcelona)

Barcelona were at their brilliant best this weekend as the Blaugrana turned the screw against Getafe and beat the capital club 4-0.

One man who really impressed was right-back Koundé with the France international providing a perfectly weighted pass for Raphina to open the scoring in the first half.

CB: Virgil van Dijk (Liverpool)

Van Dijk has enjoyed a stunning six years at Liverpool so far but this past weekend may well be his crowning glory.

The Netherlands international was a colossus at the back against wave after wave of Chelsea attacks in the EFL Cup final. And then when his side needed a goal most, Van Dijk headed in to send the red half of Merseyside into raptures.

CB: Felix Uduokhai (Augsburg)

A virtual ever-present in the Augsburg backline this season, Uduokhai's reputation has gone stratospheric with a series of cool and commanding performances at centre-back.

The 26-year-old added goalscoring to his repertoire this weekend however as scored the equaliser in his side's 2-1 win over Freiburg.

LB: Youssouf Sabaly (Real Betis)

Sabaly put in arguably his best performance of the season so far as Real Betis beat Athletic Club 3-1.

Switching from right to left-back, the 30-year-old was defensively solid and a constant attacking threat as the Basques were beaten on the Andalusian coast.

CM: Robert Andrich (Bayer Leverkusen)

Bayer Leverkusen kept up their habit of scoring late winners this weekend as Andrich's second half strike saw the league leaders beat Mainz 2-1.

It wasn't just the goal that impressed from Andrich though, with the 29-year-old covering every blade of grass and working in perfect tandem with Granit Xhaka.

CM: Mahdi Camara (Brest)

There wasn't a better performance from anyone anywhere this gameweek than that of Camara.

The 25-year-old midfielder was utterly sensational and bagged his first senior hat-trick in Brest's 3-0 win over Strasbourg.

CM: Santi Comesaña (Villarreal)

One of the biggest surprises this weekend came at Real Sociedad as the Basque outfit lost at home to mid-table strugglers Villarreal.

Despite enjoying just 29% of the possession and having only four shots on goal, the Yellow Submarine came away with a 3-1 win in large part thanks to two brilliant goals from Comesaña.

FW: Harry Kane (Bayern Munich)

After a nightmare week, who other than Kane to get Bayern Munich back to winning ways?

The England international's second half double helped the Bavarian side secure a much-needed 2-1 win over RB Leipzig on Saturday.

FW: Lautaro Martínez (Inter)

There might not be a better player in Europe right now than Martínez.

The Inter striker is in the form of his life, scoring his 26th and 27th goals the season this weekend in their 4-0 win at Lecce.

FW: Bukayo Saka (Arsenal)

This weekend Saka became the first Englishman since Ian Wright to score in five successive Premier League games for Arsenal.

Saka's left-foot finish saw the Gunners beat Newcastle 4-1 with the England international now bagging six in his last seven Premier League games.
