Here are five reasons you cannot afford to miss out on the action:

1️⃣ Bigger and better than ever 🏆

The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup will, for the first time in the competition's history, feature 32 clubs from around the globe, mirroring the format of the men's international FIFA World Cup.

More games, featuring the biggest clubs from all around the world, means more drama, more spectacular goals, and more twists and turns than the club game has ever seen before.

History awaits.

2️⃣ A clash of styles 🌎

The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup is the only place you will see Champions League winners from Europe go head-to-head with Copa Libertadores champions from South America, plus the best clubs from North America, Africa, Asia and Oceania.

You can check out the full list of competing clubs here.

It makes the tournament the ultimate fusion of footballing philosophies and fan cultures.

3️⃣ The stars will shine Stateside ✨

With the prestige and prize money on offer, every club will be bringing its A-game to the FIFA Club World Cup this summer, which means the game’s biggest star-names will all be in action.

From Kylian Mbappé and Vinicius Junior to Lionel Messi, Harry Kane and Cole Palmer, the world’s best players will be strutting their stuff.

That's not to mention the many lesser known and young talents who will be looking to make a name for themselves on the global stage.

4️⃣ Reborn in the USA 🇺🇸

While this won't be the first ever FIFA Club World Cup, it will be the inauguration of the new expanded format, and where better to begin a bold new era for international club football than the United States?

With the 48-nation FIFA World Cup heading to the US, Canada and Mexico in the summer of 2026, the Club World Cup will be the perfect opportunity to showcase the US as an emerging footballing powerhouse, and a diverse nation packed with amazing stadia and passionate fans.

With 63 matches taking place across 11 cities, this will be the biggest football tournament to have graced the United States since the 1994 FIFA World Cup. It promises to be just as memorable and impactful.

5️⃣ Legacy on the line 🔥

It is not uncommon for clubs from around the world to head to the United States on pre-season friendly tours during the summer.

There will be nothing friendly about the FIFA Club World Cup, though.

The team which ultimately lifts the new-look trophy in July will truly be able to call themselves the greatest club on the planet.

It's an opportunity which doesn't come along every day, and clubs from historic footballing nations like Brazil and Argentina will relish the chance to test themselves against Europe's best and brightest.

This new format could redefine what it means to be the best club in the world.
