Manchester United are reportedly working on finding agreements for the transfers of Patrick Dorgu and Alejenadro Garnacho.
According to Italian journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, the club’s officials are currently in Italy with two crucial meetings on the agenda.
The first order of business will be a summit with Lecce as the Red Devils have now identified Patrick Dorgu as their main target to bolster the left-back slot. The 20-year-old is an up-and-coming Denmark international with Nigerian origins who is blessed with great technique as well as impressive physical attributes.
It is believed that the English giants are willing to splash £40 million to secure the services of the youngster. So it remains to be seen if the white smoke will emerge at the end of the meeting.
Afterwards, the Man Utd directors are set to meet their colleagues from Napoli who are interested in the services of Alejandro Garnacho.

The Serie A giants sold their star Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain last week, leaving them with an extra €75 million in the coffers and a hole on the left wing. Therefore, the Partenopei have identified the Argentine as the ideal profile to plug the gap, especially since his future at Old Trafford appears uncertain, with the club failing to tie him down on a long-term deal.
For his part, Napoli coach Antonio Conte hinted that his club will be seeking a new winger, but are only interested in signing a quality player.
I leave the decision to the club, I won’t go into the merits. It’s inevitable that if they were to ask me for an opinion, I’ll give my thoughts.” noted the former Chelsea and Spurs boss.
“We’re not talking about prospective players, if things are done they should be done well, otherwise I’ll stick with the guys I have .”
