On loan Werder Bremen striker recalled from Heracles and joins 1860 Munich | OneFootball

Heracles have announced that Abdenego Nankishi has been recalled by Werder Bremen. The 21-year-old striker has spent the last season and a half on loan with the Dutch side, scoring five goals in 21 games. So far this season he had made 10 Eredivisie appearances, scoring three goals and providing one assist. However, he had only started two of those 10 games.

Nankishi will not be returning to Werder Bremen for this season though. Instead, he will be loaned out to 1860 Munich in the German third tier. The side are currently struggling in the league, sitting in 14th place and just two points above the four team relegation zone. The side have been pushing to return to the 2. Bundesliga in previous seasons but are now in danger of relegation to the regional leagues.

Heracles are also involved in a relegation battle this season. The side are four points above the relegation play-off, with five wins, four draws and 10 defeats in their 19 games this season.
