Oldham Athletic are to launch a women’s team ahead of the 2024/25 season with registration now open for trials in May.

The club recently announced its plans to start a senior women’s side and have now booked in trials for 12 May.

OAFC’s Female Development Officer, Holly Espie told oldhamathletic.co.uk: “We are excited for the launch of the Women’s first team, allowing the end product for our pathway, and provide opportunities for women to play football and represent Oldham Athletic, it has been a long time coming.”

Trials will be held at Kingsway Park High School, Turf Hill Road, OL16 4XA, click here to register.
