OGC Nice’s Marcin Bulka unenthused by Galatasaray move

Marcin Bulka (25) looks highly likely to leave OGC Nice this summer. The Polish goalkeeper, a key player for Le Gym over the past two seasons, has been in talks over a contract renewal. However, towards the start of last season, those talks hit a brick wall. There has been a deadlock ever since, and there is little optimism over a renewal of talks.

Determined not to lose him on a free next summer, Nice are looking to sell Bulka during the ongoing transfer window. Initial interest in Le Gym’s No.1 has come from Turkey and more specifically from Galatasaray, according to a report from L’Équipe.

However, the publication understands that Bulka himself is not particularly enthused by a move to the Turkish club, even if they will be competing in the UEFA Champions League next season. Galatasaray would be willing to spend €20m on the goalkeeper. Local rivals AS Monaco have also been cited as a potential destination by Foot Mercato.
