As has been the case all season, Franck Haise will have to contend with injuries as OGC Nice prepare to face RC Strasbourg Alsace.

Jonathan Clauss, Ali Abdi, and Youssouf Ndayishimiye all returned from the international break with injuries. Whilst the latter has the chance of registering minutes against Strasbourg, Clauss and Abdi are both out. They join long-term absentees Morgan Sanson and Terem Moffi on the sidelines. Antoine Mendy and Victor Orakpo will also sit out of this game.

The absentees may force Haise into a re-think of shape, although he may till opt to deploy his 3-4-3 with Tom Louchet starting at right-wing-back. Sofiane Diop, who hasn’t started a Ligue 1 game since November 26th 2023, may get the nod on the left wing.
