Offloading forward Joaquin Correa and goalkeeper Andrei Radu this summer will not be easy for Inter Milan.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews. The newspaper report that the pair’s wages would be the big issue.

As far as Inter’s summer plans go, there are some players whose futures are uncertain.

For example, the likes of midfielder Lucien Agoume and striker Martin Satriano are certainly players who the Nerazzurri would listen to offers for.

But on the other hand, it would be possible that players in their situation could go out on loan once again.

Meanwhile, striker Marko Arnautovic could either stay or go.

Inter are not going to force the Austrian out. Coach Simone Inzaghi trusts him, and would be happy to keep him in the squad for another season.

But on the other hand, if offers arrive for Arnautovic and the 35-year-old is ready to move on, Inter certainly are not going to stand in his way.

Inter Could Struggle To Offload Joaquin Correa & Andrei Radu

In the case of two players, though, there is no doubt what Inter want to do.

Both Correa and Radu are back at Inter after disappointing loan spells, at Bournemouth and Marseille respectively.

And both of the pair are out of contract at the end of next June.

Correa had joined Inter in the summer of 2021 from Lazio. However, he has failed to produce his best form from the Biancoclesti since the move.

Radu, meanwhile, was not able to gain regular playing time at Bournemouth last season.

The last time the Romanian was a regular starter was at Auxerre over the second half of the 2022-23 season.

In both cases, Inter have essentially no option but to sell Correa and Radu. Loan moves would not be possible given their contract situations.

But it will not be easy, given that they remain on fairly high wages.
