AC Milan are delighted to announce that Giovanni Renna is the new Head Coach of the Primavera.

Born in Nola on 27 March 1974, Renna began his journey with the Rossoneri within the academy project before then, as of the 2020/21 season, becoming a technical assistant in the Youth Sector. Next, he took up an even more central role in the development of young players at the Club, supporting the U17s as their coach, the same job that he has done for the last two seasons. Under his guidance, the U17s have shown constant growth and a recognisable identity in their play, getting ever so close to a title win: in the season just gone, they actually played in the Scudetto final, just missing out on penalties to Torino. His appointment at the helm of the Primavera suits the path desired by our Direction, aimed at rewarding merit and enhancing the skills developed within the club.
