Inter Milan coach Simone Inzaghi has decided to start Lautaro Martinez and Marcus Thuram in attack against Parma. This evening’s Serie A matchday 15 clash kicks off at 18.30 CET.
Inter coach Simone Inzaghi has decided to name the same starting eleven as he did in last week’s postponed Serie A match against Fiorentina.
Therefore, the Nerazzurri coach has gone with more or less the strongest possible lineup.
Firstly, former Bayern Munich goalkeeper Yann Sommer starts. Accordingly, he keeps his record of starting every match for Inter this season alive.
Meanwhile, in front of Sommer it is a back three of Yann Bisseck, Stefan de Vrij, and Alessandro Bastoni.
Subsequently, with Francesco Acerbi and Benjamin Pavard out, Inzaghi finds his options a bit limited.
Secondly, on the right flank Inzaghi has decided to start Denzel Dumfries ahead of Matteo Darmian.
Then, on the left it’s Federico Dimarco who gets the nod.
Meanwhile, in midfield it is a familiar starting trio. Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Hakan Calhanoglu, and Nicolo Barella start.
Furthermore, in attack, Inzaghi has gone with the first-choice strike partnership. Captain Lautaro Martinez leads the line alongside French international Marcus Thuram.
Therefore, the likes of Mehdi Taremi, Marko Arnautovic, and Joaquin Correa have to settle for a place on the bench.
Finally, Brazilian wingback Carlos Augusto is also back from a thigh injury. However, he is on the bench.
