Roma have reached an agreement with FC Basel for the permanent transfer of Italian fullback Riccardo Calafiori. The club announced the switch via the following official statement:
Calafiori, 20, is a graduate of the club’s academy system – having gone on to make his debut for the club in August 2020.

In total he went on to make 18 appearances for the club in all competitions, scoring one goal.
