Official: Miretti signs new Juventus contract

Juventus have officially extended the contract of midfielder Fabio Miretti to June 2028.

He is a product of their youth academy who first joined in 2011, was promoted up the various levels to the senior squad in 2022 and will celebrate his 21st birthday next month.

The Italy international with one senior cap had only signed a contract last summer to 2027, but with his more regular appearances in the main team, was given an improved deal.

He had been earning €1m per season on the previous contract.
