Official: Max Weiß completes Burnley move

Sky Germany and Burnley FC have officially announced the signing of Karlsruhe SC via social media post.

The 21-year-old German shot-stopper was heavily linked with a move to the Clarets as they return to the Premier League.

Weiß completed his medical at Turf Moor on Monday afternoon and pens a deal at the club until 2029.

Burnley are said to believe that Weiß has the potential to develop into their first choice goalkeeper in the near future.

Karlsruhe, for whom the youngster represented in all 34 league games last season, we're happy to accept the €5million offer.
