Stade de Reims have officially announced the arrival of LASK winger Keito Nakamura (23). The Japanese international has signed a five-year deal with the Will Still-led side. The Champagne side have won the race to Nakamura’s signing with Lille OSC and several Bundesliga outfits said to be interested in his signing. Nakamura will wear the #17 jersey with Reims. The Japanese international left-winger will partner up with fellow countryman Junya Ito, who plays on the right wing.

L’Equipe reports that Reims and Austrian outfit Linzer ASK have thrashed out an agreement worth €10m for the signing of Nakamura. The Japonese winger has logged 17 goals and eight assists in 36 games played with LASK last season. Reims have conducted an ambitious summer transfer window so far. Despite the expected loss of free-scoring Arsenal loanee Folarin Balogun, who returned to his parent club, the Champagne side have signed centre-back Joseph Okumu, central midfielder Teddy Teuma, attacking midfielder Reda Khadra as well as forwards Oumar Diakité, Amine Salama and Adama Bojang.
