Angers owner Saïd Chabane on Sunday evening confirmed the arrival of Gérard Baticle, who has been an assistant coach at Lyon for 10 years, as the club’s new manager starting next season.
Baticle will have the unenviable task of replacing Stéphane Moulin, who bows out after 10 years at the helm of Le SCO this evening with the match vs Lille.

Baticle will be joined by Alexandre Dujeux as his assistant, who he picks up from Ligue 2 side AC Ajaccio.
