Matchday 36 between the Rossoneri and the Sardinians will take place on Saturday 11 May 2024 at 20:45 CEST. The game will be shown on DAZN, Sky and NOW and Italy.

Milan have found themselves in a position where there is more focus on next season than the present one given that there is now only one minor objective to fight for, which is to keep hold of second place. Even then, Juventus are five points behind and also in poor form.

The results over the weekend meant that the Diavolo secured Champions League qualification for a fourth straight season which is a small crumb of comfort to take from what has been another uninspiring season, one likely to cost Stefano Pioli his job it seems.

Meanwhile, Cagliari are technically still in a relegation battle since they are three points above the bottom three, but they have a game in hand so if they win that they are looking in much better shape.
