Kevin is an experienced, versatile defender who can play in all positions in the back four – center, left or right,” BMG sporting director Roland Virkus noted in a club statement accompanying the signing. ”He will make us more flexible in defense. He’s also a really good guy who knows exactly what he wants. He’ll fit in well with us.

I’m delighted that the move to Borussia has worked out,” the player himself added, “Borussia is a big club in Germany, and I’m excited about what’s to come. But I still have big goals with my previous club and I’m looking forward to the second half of the season with FC Copenhagen.”
