As we progress further into the knockout stages of the UEFA Euro 2024, tournament-favourites France take on Belgium at the Merkur-Spiel Arena in Dusseldorf today.

Les Bleus have been off-colour in their three games so far and must step up in a big way if they intend to get past the Red Devils and progress to the quarterfinals of the competition.

With the game set to kick off in under an hour, the lineups have been announced and Barcelona have one representative on the field today, with Jules Kounde starting for France at right-back.

The Barça defender has been a permanent fixture in defence for Didier Deschamps’ men at the Euros in Germany, starting each of their three group matches, and continues as the right-sided full-back again.

Former Barcelona attacker, Antoine Griezmann, makes a return to the team after being benched against Poland. His return comes at the expense of another ex-Barça forward in Ousmane Dembele.

Meanwhile, Barcelona’s top midfield target, Amadou Onana, starts for Belgium.
