Official: Atletico Madrid starting lineup against Real Oviedo | OneFootball

Atletico Madrid hosted Elche at the Wanda Metropolitano on the weekend in the hopes of getting back to winning ways. The game saw a ton of drama, including three red cards. Eventually, Diego Simeone’s men got the better of Elche courtesy of a goal from Joao Felix and Alvaro Morata each.

They now take on Real Oviedo in the Copa del Rey round of 32 tonight, with Mario Hermoso retaining his place in the defence. The Spaniard was sent off on the weekend, but starts alongside Axel Witsel and Jose Maria Gimenez in the back-three, guarding Jan Oblak.

Flanking them on the right, Nahuel Molina returns to the lineup for his first minutes since winning the World Cup with Argentina. Yannick Carrasco continues on the left side as the wingback.

Captain Koke takes his place back from Pablo Barrios in midfield, paired alongside Thomas Lemar and Marcos Llorente.

The starting lineup is rounded off with Antoine Griezmann playing in support of Alvaro Morata in the front-two.
