Natan Zézé (18) has enjoyed a breakthrough season at FC Nantes, and amidst reported interest from English sides, the centre-back has signed a contract extension with Les Canaris.
The Frenchman, who is looking to force his ways into Thierry Henry’s plans for the upcoming Olympic Games, has penetrated the first-team at his formative club this season. Zézé has made 12 appearances for Nantes after breaking through during Jocelyn Gourvennec’s time in charge.

Foot Mercato reported earlier in April that Leicester City and Aston Villa were amongst the clubs interested in the Frenchman. The former have offered Zézé’s family the chance to visit England so that their project can be presented to them. Bundesliga side Stuttgart and “many” unnamed Ligue 1 clubs are also interested.
However, Zézé has now committed his future to Nantes. The 18-year-old has signed a contract extension with the Breton club, which ties him to Nantes until 2028.
