It’s the first international break of the 2024/25 season, with a number of our Women’s first team players departing to represent their countries over the next two weeks.
The first round of the UEFA EURO 2025 play-off fixtures is on the agenda for many of those representing European countries, as nations look to progress to the second round and leave them two matches away from securing a place in next summer’s finals.
Lenna Gunning-Williams received a maiden call-up to the England Under-23s squad and could feature in their Euro Under-23 league double-header against the Netherlands and Portugal.
Hayley Raso has unfortunately withdrawn from international duty for Australia upcoming internationals, but Charlotte Grant and Clare Hunt could still feature in their fixtures against Luana Buhler’s Switzerland and Germany.
